It is very important to us that your stay will be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We take great pride in delivering to our Guests a professional service and hospitality. Please find the list of our services and amenities we offer below.

  • ADAPTER / CHARGING

International power adapter plug, and different chargers are available on the Reception, dialing 90.

  • AIR-CONDITIONING

All rooms in our hotel have air-conditioning. The control panel for turning on/off and regulating the air-conditioning can be found near the entrance of the room. The thermostate guide can be found in the desktop folder.

  • AIRPORT TRANSFER / TAXI ORDER

Our collegues organize your easy and comfortable travel to either Liszt Ferenc International Airport or to the city center, by taxi or airport shuttle minibus. For more information, please contact the reception.

  • BREAKFAST

Hotel Regnum offers hybrid breakfast at an affordable 5 euros price, which is included in the room price. The breakfast is served from 7 to 10 a.m. on every day in the Restaurant located on the ground floor. For more information, please contact us directly!

  • BABY BED

For families with kids we are ready to offer a baby bed or a baby chair at the restaurant for free. Upon request we can also provide bathroom amenities for babies for free.

  • BATHROOM EQUIPMENT

Bathroom accessories include a hairdryer together with a sewing set, shoe horn, laundry price list and bags which can be found in the drawer of the wardrobe. If you have any other requests for bathroom accessories (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, comb, bathrobe, slippers) please call the Reception.

  • BELONGINGS

Please kindly note that our hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room. The room safe in the gardrobe offers a safe solution for protecting your smaller valuables, and you can place your larger valuables in the central safe located at the reception of our hotel.

  • BLANKETS AND PILLOWS

If you require an extra blanket, you can find it in the wardrobe, if you need an extra pillow or another type of antiallergen pillow, please ask the Reception to provide you more.

  • CHANGE OF BED LINEN

We would like to inform you that we change the bed linen every third day. If you would like to have a daily changing, please call Reception. The price of daily changing is 10EUR/occasion.

  • CHECK-OUT

Check- out time is until 11 a.m. for our guests. If you wish to extend your departure time, please dial the number of Reception (90) for any possibilities. Extending the check-out time in to the afternoon can be requested upon availability for extra charge. After 2PM a full night rack rate is applied.

  • CONCIERGE

Please be informed, at the Reception you can buy tickets for different kind of optional programs (boattrips (with lunch or dinner as well), citysightseeing tour with bus, tickets in spas, or museums, etc.) Please contact the Reception for more informations and offers.

  • DOCTOR/FIRST AID/MEDICINE

If you require medical care, medicines or first aid, please contact the Reception.

  • IRONING

If you would like to have an iron and ironing board, please contact our Reception. Our maids will place it in your room.

  • IN CASE OF FIRE

If the sirens sound in the event of a fire alarm, you must leave the hotel as soon as possible along the escape route indicated by the green arrows. The escape route is posted in every room of our hotel. In case of fire, the use of the elevators is prohibited.

  • LAUNDRY

You can indicate your need for laundry and ironing services at our reception. The service can be used for a fee, you can find the price list in the brochure holder on the table. You can hand over your clothes to be washed or ironed in the laundry bag at our reception desk, or you can request collection by phone. Laundry delivered by 9:00 a.m. will be cleaned and ironed the next day by the same time. Orders received after 9:00 a.m. will only be processed after a day and a half.

  • LUGGAGE SERVICES

If your luggage needs to be picked up from your room, please call Reception. If you depart late, we will store your luggage in our locked luggage room free of c harge.

  • MAINTENANCE

If you notice an error in the operation of any equipment in your room, please contact the reception, dial 90

  • MINIBAR

Each room is quipped with a Minibar with mineral water. The tea and coffee in your room are also free for your convenience.

  • PARKING

Please note that parking on the street is payable on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. You may use our underground garage for 20 EUR/night. For more information, contact the reception.

  • PHOTOCOPY SERVICE

Reception can provide safe photocopy and printing service for a fee.

  • QUIET TIME

Please respect the peace of other guests and do not disturb them by making extraordinary noise. Pay special attention to each other’s peace between 10:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m.

  • ROOM CLEANING

Daily room cleaning is available for all our guests, which is done automatically between 09:00 in the morning and 14:00 in the afternoon. If you would like to request daily cleaning outside of the queue, please let our reception colleague know. If you do not wish to use daily cleaning, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle.

Upon request, we are happy to provide:

• additional bathroom accessories, toiletries,

• extra blanket and pillow,

• extra towels.

As part of the room cleaning, we automatically change the bed linen every three days, of course this service is available every day upon request. In the spirit of environmental awareness, towels are automatically changed if we find them on the bathroom floor. On request, regardless, we change them every day.

For other requests related to the cleaning and preparation of the room, please contact the Reception.

  • SAFE

In the lower section of the wardrobe in all our rooms is an easy-to-use room safe suitable for storing your belongings. The instructions for use are on top of the safe. Please note that the hotel can not accept liability for objects left in the rooms.

  • SMOKING

Please note that the builing is non smoking, as it is only possible on the street.

  • SHOE SHINING

A shoe shine machine is available in the hotel lobby. Additionally you can ask for shoe shine cloths in our reception.

  • TELEPHONE USE

To call the reception, please dial the 90 extension line. Please note that the price list for external lines can be found in the table folder.

  • TELEVISION

You will find several international and Hungarian channels on the television set, which we constantly adapt to the needs of our guests. For more information, please find the TV guide in the desktop folder.

  • UMBRELLA

The Reception can lend umbrellas free of charge to our guests. After use, please return it to our collegues.

  • WELCOMING GUESTS

Only guests registered at the reception can stay in the hotel rooms. Please welcome your visitors in the lobby. Between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., external guests may only stay in the hotel’s common areas.

  • Wi-Fi

The use of broadband wireless internet is free in our guest rooms and public spaces.
